Extra Terrasse is a laureate of the Le FRENCH DESIGN FD100 award, which recognizes 100 object and space design projects that promote French creativity internationally! Supported by the Ministry of Culture, this award aims to highlight the ability of French creativity to engage with global cultures and markets, and distinguishes designers and architects who best represent French creativity, innovation, and expertise around the world.
This recognition confirms a choice I have fully embraced from the beginning: 100% French production. For the past 5 years, I have been working with my industrial partner, and their excellence allows me to design durable, precise products of which I am deeply proud.
I will continue to promote French craftsmanship and my products in France and internationally. Extra Terrasse balcony products are now exported to all European capitals and even, recently, to the United States!
I am very proud to contribute to the international influence of French design, particularly alongside renowned designers and architects whom I admired and studied during my time at the École Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Versailles. Receiving this award at the Grand Palais, as part of Art Paris, gives this distinction a very special dimension.
My terrace and balcony products perfectly embody the values of French Design: combining lifestyle, creativity, and industry.
