Where are our products manufactured?
The Balcondrier is manufactured in France, in the Loire region, by our specialized partner. We use a short supply chain, optimizing steel cuts to minimize waste. We place great importance on local manufacturing to ensure premium quality.
Is the Balcondrier weather-resistant?
Yes. The steel is powder-coated, an industrial process that is resistant to UV rays, rain, and temperature fluctuations. The Balcondrier is designed to remain outdoors all year round, both summer and winter.
The small pot is removable for easy emptying and cleaning.
How do I install the Balcondrier?
Installation takes less than 5 seconds, with no drilling or tools required. Simply place it on your balcony railing. The Balcondrier hangs in place and does not move once properly adjusted.

The small pot is removable for easy emptying and cleaning. Simply place it back as shown in the photos.
What railing thickness is compatible?

How do I maintain the Balcondrier?
Empty the small removable container regularly. A damp cloth is sufficient for cleaning the structure. Avoid abrasive products.
What happens if my product is damaged during delivery?
We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, but if it doesn't, here's how we proceed:
For minor superficial scratches, we will send you a free touch-up pen in the exact shade of your product, which will invisibly cover the marks and protect the table from rust.
For more significant damage, we will retrieve the product at our expense and send you a new one.
In all cases, please remember to photograph the package and the product upon receipt; this helps us process your request quickly. Contact us with your photos, and we'll take care of the rest.
