💦 We recommend putting clay balls at the bottom of the planter before adding the potting soil.
🪴Drainage holes at the bottom of the container will protect the roots from frost and rotting.

How to prepare and install the balcony planter?
Doubts? Find your answers here:
Where are our products manufactured?
Our balcony products are entirely manufactured in France, near Saint-Etienne, by our specialized partner. We manufacture with a short supply chain, optimizing steel cutting to limit waste. We place great importance on local manufacturing to ensure consistent and impeccable quality.
What is the material of the Window Box?
The Balconnière is made of steel. The powder-coated steel is resistant to UV rays, rain, and temperature variations, without rusting or degrading over time.
Are your products weather-resistant?
Yes. The steel is powder-coated, an industrial process that is resistant to UV rays, rain, and temperature variations. Our balcony planter is designed to remain outdoors all year round, summer and winter alike.
How to install the Balcony Planter?
Installation takes just seconds, with no drilling required. The planter hangs over the railing. Once in place, the balcony planter is stable, even when loaded.
Does it work with a round railing?
Yes, but only if there's a vertical element underneath for the Balconnière to rest on. It is compatible with round, square, and flat railings less than 7 cm thick. If you have any doubts about its compatibility with your railing, contact us with your railing's dimensions.

Is my railing compatible? What thickness should it be?
The Balconnière fits railings with a maximum thickness of 7 cm. If in doubt, contact us before ordering 😉

Should I put soil in it or can I use it as a cachepot?
Our product is designed to be used both as a cachepot and as a classic planter with soil directly inside.
The Balconnière is therefore designed to hold soil and plants. To optimize the drainage of your planter, we recommend placing clay pebbles at the bottom of the planter.
Our planter is also suitable for aromatic plants (thyme, rosemary, chives), flowers, and small succulents.
Is the water draining properly?
Yes, because the Balconnière is designed not to retain stagnant water, thanks to the 6 holes of 8mm in diameter drilled in the bottom of the planter.
To optimize drainage, we recommend using a potting soil suitable for potted plants. You can also place a saucer at the bottom of the planter if necessary.
How to clean the Window Box?
A simple wipe with a cloth or damp sponge is sufficient for routine maintenance. Avoid abrasive products or high-pressure cleaners directly on the surface.
