Where are our products manufactured?

Our balcony products are entirely manufactured in France, near Saint-Etienne, by our specialized partner. We use a short supply chain with optimized steel cuts to limit waste. We attach great importance to local manufacturing to ensure consistent and irreproachable quality.

What is the material of the Balcony?

The Balconie is made of steel, laser cut, bent and welded by our partner workshop. The powder-coated steel resists UV rays, rain and temperature changes, without rusting or deteriorating over time.

Are your products weather resistant?

Yes. The steel is treated with powder coating, an industrial process that is resistant to UV, rain and temperature variations. The Balconie is designed to remain outdoors all year round, summer and winter.

How do I install my Balconie?

Installation takes less than 5 minutes, with no drilling or special tools required. Simply slide the two mounting plates on either side of the railing, then tighten the wing nuts by hand. The table is stable once properly adjusted. Illustrated installation instructions are included with delivery.

Does it work with a round railing?

Yes, our balcony table is compatible with round, square, and flat railings, up to 8cm thick. If your railing is round, the plates will naturally adapt to the curve. You just need to tighten the wing nuts more firmly. If you have any doubts about compatibility, send us a photo of your balcony with the dimensions of your railing.

Is my railing compatible? What thickness is needed?

Our balcony table adapts to railings that are less than 8 cm high and less than 9.5 cm wide. For taller railings, longer screws can be provided upon request. If in doubt, contact us before ordering, we will help you 😉

My railing is thicker than 8cm. What should I do?

Please feel free to email us a photo of your railing with the exact dimensions and thickness of your balustrade. We need the height and width of your railing to help you! At Extra Terrasse, we always find a solution 😉

What happens if my product is damaged during delivery?

We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, but if it doesn't, here's how we proceed:

For minor superficial scratches, we will send you a free touch-up pen in the exact shade of your product, which will invisibly cover the marks and protect the table from rust.

For more significant damage, we will retrieve the product at our expense and send you a new one.

In all cases, please remember to photograph the package and the product upon receipt; this helps us process your request quickly. Contact us with your photos, and we'll take care of the rest.

How do I clean my Balconia?

A simple wipe with a cloth or damp sponge is enough for routine maintenance. Avoid abrasive products or high-pressure cleaners directly on the surface.
